The Institute of Neural Regeneration and Tissue Engineering was founded with the goal of improving the lives of the millions who suffer from strokes, spinal cord injuries, traumatic brain injuries, and neurodegenerative diseases. Our focus is on scientific research work, translating the basic sciences of today into the biomedical technologies of the future. We can also provide expertise and education in numerous areas, including stem cell culture and characterization, nanoarchitecture construction, bioengineering and biodesign of tissues and devices, modeling and analysis, and guidance for new approaches and applications in regenerative medicine. We also study and implement a variety of cutting edge therapeutic interventions in Dr. McMurtrey's Medical Clinic Alpine Spine & Orthopedics Institute. We hope to continue to expand several programs and services, and we welcome enquiries from physicians, scientists, patients, and anyone with an interest in this work.
